Challenge
Employers increasingly invest in wellness perks, but many go unused because they are passive, optional, or disconnected from daily work. Employees, especially in remote and hybrid roles, experience stress and burnout rooted in cluttered, poorly designed workspaces they interact with every day. There was a clear gap for a workplace wellness solution that employees would actively use because it directly affects how they work, think, and feel each day.
Solutions
Friday Desk delivers an actionable workspace wellness program by redesigning the desk and home office employees use daily. Employees upload photos of their workspace and complete a short questionnaire. AI analyzes layout, clutter patterns, and work behaviors, while a human designer refines the recommendations.
